    •    Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time; estimated delivery will be communicated at checkout.

    •    All orders are shipped via insured carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

    •    Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

    •    Signature confirmation may be required for high-value packages.



3. Shipping Costs

    •    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, value, and destination.

    •    We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time; these will be clearly stated on our website or social media.



4. Insurance & Risk of Loss

    •    All shipments are insured for the full purchase value until marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

    •    Once a package is confirmed as delivered, Geramita & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.



5. Delivery Timeframes

    •    Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days.

    •    Expedited U.S. shipping: 1–3 business days.

    •    International shipping (if offered): 7–21 business days, depending on customs and location.



6. Delays

    •    We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other events outside our control.

    •    If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number, then contact us for further assistance.



7. Incorrect Addresses

    •    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

    •    We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
